AI receptionist, quotes and invoice chasing
I help businesses take advantage of AI, working side by side with you through automations and hands-on AI training.
Simple, safe automations that chase invoices, answer missed calls and handle the paperwork, plus the help and training to use AI tools with confidence, so you can get on with the job.
The free 30-minute check is a chat about where your time goes.

Each one fixes one problem and then runs by itself. Start with the one that costs you most.
When you’re up a ladder, a friendly AI voice answers, takes the caller’s name, number, address and what they need, and emails you the details after the call. Urgent jobs are flagged.
Fill in a short form on your phone after the site visit. AI writes a professional quote with your prices, and it only goes to the customer when you tap Approve.
Polite reminders go out at 1, 7 and 14 days overdue, each a little firmer. At 30 days you get an alert to give the customer a call. Nobody is chased twice for the same reminder.
Appointment reminders, review requests or a Monday summary of how the business is doing. Tell me the job and I’ll tell you honestly if AI can help.

These are illustrative examples from my demo set-ups. Names and amounts are made up, and they are not real customer results.
How it works
A 30-minute chat to find the task costing you most time or money.
A quick version set up with your business name and details, so you can see it working before you decide. For the AI receptionist, you can even ring it yourself.
We build it around your business and try real examples, including the awkward ones, until you’re happy. Your enquiries and documents go into your own Google or Microsoft account, so they stay yours.
It goes live, with a check-in after a week. Ongoing support and running costs are agreed case by case in your written quote.
Worried about AI getting things wrong or your data going astray? So am I. That’s why every set-up follows three rules.
AI help & training
Not ready for an automation yet? I can help you and your team get real value from AI tools, safely, starting from wherever you are.
Not sure which AI tools are worth paying for? I’ll help you choose, set up ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot for the way you work, and show you how to get good results without sharing what you shouldn’t.
Ask about thisAn AI tool not doing what you want, or something stopped working? Quick help by video call or in person, plus ongoing support if you’d rather not worry about it.

About
I spent 15 years mainly in IT sales and account management, working with businesses across Europe, so I know your time is money. I’ve chased late invoices myself, so I know how much time and stress that costs. I trained in information systems, and from 2018 to 2025 I also worked as a support worker, where patience and trust matter more than anything.
Alongside AI brings those together: I sit down with you, find the jobs that drain your week, and either set up AI to handle them safely or show you how to use it yourself. No jargon, no hard sell.
Based in Wokingham and working with businesses anywhere in the UK, mostly by video call. I speak English, Spanish and Catalan.
Questions
A free 30-minute chat to find the task costing you most time or money. There’s no obligation, and if AI isn’t the answer I’ll tell you so.
Don’t take my word for it. Play the example call in the demo above, or ask me for the demo number and ring Sophie yourself.
Your enquiries, quotes and files sit in your own Google or Microsoft account, so they stay yours. The receptionist itself runs on my systems. Your written quote sets out any running costs, and exactly what you keep if we stop working together.
Not a quote: it only goes to the customer when you tap Approve. Invoice reminders are different. They go out automatically, but only on the schedule and wording we agree together first, so you always know what is being sent and when.
It depends on the AI service, and the terms differ between them, so I don’t make a blanket promise. Before anything goes live, I confirm in writing which services your set-up uses and how each one handles your data, including whether it can use that data to improve its models. If a service isn’t suitable, I’ll say so and choose another. You can read how this site handles your own details in the privacy notice.
It depends on the automation. Some tools may be paid by you directly, and running costs such as the receptionist’s call costs are agreed case by case. Either way, every cost is in your written quote before any work starts.
No. I work with businesses across the UK, mostly by video call, and in person around Wokingham, Reading and Bracknell.
Not yet. I’m just starting out, so the examples on this site are demos with made-up businesses. I’ll add real ones only when customers have agreed to them.
